Processing time

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. Estimated production time is listed on each product page.

Delivery times

We ship from China via trusted international carriers including DHL and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 7–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your tracking shows no movement for 30+ days, contact us at help@atorhome.com and we will investigate.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
